Weekender X
Hi All,
The Weekender is almost upon us. As always, the weekenders attract considerable interest and unfortunately we will likely not be able to make room for every person who is wait listed. If you get on the wait list, be sure to send your contact phone number to one of the admins (preferably Ephphatha and Anubis) so that we can contact you if we have room. If we do not have your contact number there's no way we can get you in. Even if you think one of the admins already has your number, send a pm to the admin team anyway.
To all those who register and secure a spot; if you are unable to attend for whatever reason please make sure you de-register to give someone who is able to attend your place. If you are unable to de-register (because registrations have closed, or some other reason) make sure you get in touch with the admin team to let us know you will not be able to attend.
PLEASE NOTE - If you have not arrived by 10pm on Friday, and you have not notified us you will be arriving after this, your spot will be given away.
Unexplained no shows may be blacklisted and automatically wait-listed for future events.

The weekender is upon us once again! Our 3 day gaming and socialising (yes that word is real) extravaganza is coming to town!
We're long overdue for another weekend (This is only the second this year), so without any more delays, here are the details.
The Bathurst Goldfields venue is booked for the weekend of the 4th, 5th and 6th of May, 2012.
Start : 7pm Friday Night (4th May 2012).
Finish : Lunch Time Sunday (6th May 2012).
Cost : $40
Age Restrictions: 18+ ONLY! You will be required to carry ID to prove this.
Max Attendance : Subject to change - At the moment the max attendance has been locked @ 35. This will most likely be our number for now, BUT, it could go up, shouldn't go down. If you happen to find yourself on the waiting list, don't fret, check back when regos close to see if you're in. If you're still on the waiting list, send me a PM with your mobile number and I will call you if we can find a way to squeeze you in, EVERY effort will be made to squeeze everyone who regoes in, we're yet to have to turn anyone away.
On the flip side, if you find you cannot make it and cannot unregister, PLEASE call me, pm me, sms me, send a carrier pigeon (the pigeon getting lost or killed is not an excuse for me not knowing), send up a message with a friend so we can let someone else attend.
Registrations will open 7:30pm Friday 20th April 2012 - Registration to this event means you agree to the terms in my next post, as well as the usual terms and conditions for a TheLAN event.
